Salem Strays offers a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed, we only offer the option to exchange a piece or have it repaired. Since our jewelry is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer replacements in the traditional sense. Most pieces can be repaired or recreated, but we cannot promise that it will look exactly like the original as bead selection changes based on inventory.
